This is the second item Ive bought from Meadow after having to return some jeans that didnt fit correctly. The same thing has happened... Again. Not only does this run small, there is no stretch in the waist band, meaning I couldn't even get it past my thighs. I tried over my head, but it couldn't get past my boobs. I went by the size chart and the model pictures/info. Additionally, the quality is pretty poor. Not a nice feeling skirt. No point in returning as that would be my THIRD attempt in trying to find something that fits my body.
